My co-worker gave me a huge lemon, so naturally I'm going to draw his face onto it.
Leaving the office last means feeling really creeped out

Attempted to make some buffalo cauliflower. Definitely didn't do that right.
But I had a bit of chicken, and the cauliflower and it's actually really yummy.
Decided to use the chicken bones/skin to make homemade broth.
We all wait for 4 hours for the broth to do its thing. Need to include onions and veggies in it next time.

Added some new owls to the bird/owl/animal wall at work
Sufi had to spend all day at the vet, when I picked him up he was a little loopy still.
But we went for a little drive, and he was back to his old curious self

Got home and saw Yoko had escaped her pen, I freaked out and looked down and there she was sleeping on Sufi's bed. So cute!

And cooked some soup from my first attempt at homemade broth
Pretty good!!!!
The broth was just a little light, I think it needed to be cooked a bit longer and maybe some veggies would have helped the flavor

Fancy homecooked dinner after a super stressful work week. Oven-baked chicken! Artichoke with a super garlicky mayo! And caprese salad. MmMmMmmmmmm.
